What's goin' on, what's goin' on, what's goin' on?

Marvin Gaye in my mind as I post this.  These two were enjoying a vape (Is that the right word? Is it a verb? Why do people even do that?).  I was intrigued by the body language.  Is something going on?  I was in town for a meeting and wandered down by the river whilst waiting for my train back home.  We got new windows installed at the front of our home today, the back will be done next week.  Much dust and craic with the fitters, very happy with the result.
