Lincoln Centre

We went upper west side, passing the Dakota Building where John Lennon was assassinated. There is no plaque but the doorman confirmed the location . . . what a senseless loss! And as with ALL such senseless losses, we will never know what benefits the world has been deprived of, on the whim of the shooter.

Lovely lunch in Art Café on 73rd St. before passing the Lincoln Centre, above. We hope to return for a free concert this evening.

A quick visit to the Rockefeller Centre finished this first part of the day.

I'd like to dedicate this blip to the memory of Chaiselongue who would, I think, have liked its multi-facets and angles.
