Too Cute

I really don't care what he is.  Anything that cute can be whatever he wants.  
I believe he's a young hooded Merganser but I'm not sure.  He was hanging out with all the gang from the last few days.  They've been playing games and having a grand time.  It's quite chilly and today there was a brisk wind churning up the water.  They seem to love it and I love watching them.
