Katie has returned to form. 530am has become the new normal. She had done her stretches, piano, bassoon breakfast and a run round the (very small) garden by 8.30. Her morning was project work and some maths worksheets, plus starting a little art project on a piece by Matisse. Ballet class at 11. We had lunch of freshly baked sourdough bread then spent really quite a long time in the woods, running, climbing and scrambling. She got to wave at B as she dropped off some shopping at our gate. We are going to do community shopping, us, her and a neighbour so only one person needs to go out.
Katie had a fabulous bassoon rep practise this afternoon. She's got some lovely new things to work on. We then had a video call to celebrate molls birthday with her. She jumped in to the last half of a ballet class with Tiler Peck before finishing off a school science project and submitted that. The plan was pilates togeehe but she was too tired and went to bed by 720.
