Masterchef

M. is the master bread maker in our household. Sourdough seems to be ‘a thing’ in his industry network practiced by men of a certain age. There are 5 of them, at last count, in all corners of the world, all rather respected IT folk, who all post pictures of their bread. M.  has gone to conferences and come back with a ‘Slovenian sourdough starter’.
Last night there was a birthday party video call for one of their wider community,  so some of the bread makers bought along their sourdough starter to it. Very surreal. 
As long as it tastes good! 
I have to try and get some more bread flour!
