Queen Charlotte Sound

Approaching the end of the ferry journey to Picton through Queen Charlotte Sound. On a day like to today it was something you would like to bottle and keep for ever. The ferry was formerly the Pride of Cherbourg and had notices still in French. The loading system was typically idiosyncratically Gallic. We drove on through the front (the only way on) and circled around within the boat so that we were all facing the exit when it became thus. It worked!
