Day 16: As Prisons Go...

It's not too bad. Very comfortable, actually, if you have to be in solitary confinement.

Which I do.

But after a good spring clean yesterday, the old place isn't looking too bad.

It's been a really busy day of working from home, with lessons to deliver, work to mark and research to do.

There are times when I really quite enjoy the peace and quiet up here.

I forgot to say that Duke has learned to play fetch today. Up until now, he would look at a ball and ignore it

But today he played for ages as I hit the ball down the road with a padel bat and he zoomed after it - and brought it back. Every time.

What a clever boy.
