Day 15: A Dog's Life

As of Monday, the lockdown restrictions are to be ramped up yet further.

If anyone is caught out of their home without an extremely good reason, 600 euro fines will be imposed. 

If you go shopping, it has to be for essentials. You can't just pop out for a few cans of beer. 

You must have a current receipt, as people are carrying bags of shopping about as an excuse to be out.

Dogs can only be walked right outside where you live.

Being in public areas in urbanisations, like pools and gardens is forbidden.

So the terrace is about the only outside experience it is possible to have now.

It has become necessary to try to prevent those people who don't think the restrictions apply to them. Who turn up at their holiday homes for the weekend, hold parties and generally put all our lives at risk because they are selfish and moronic.

So if you live somewhere where you can go for walk or a bike ride to get some exercise, be grateful. You don't know you're born.
