Sisley's Bell Tower

I ran past the Burrell again this morning and made a point of blipping the poster advertising its opening in around a year - which inevitable will now be delayed by effective lockdown. It’s painting is Alfred Sisley’s The bell Tower at Noisy-le-Rio somewhere vaguely between Paris and Versailles I believe. It’s autumn and depicts a very tranquil scene which mostly life is at the moment. Active mornings, literary afternoons and usually Netflix in the evening, punctuated by good meals and the occasional home baking for instance the current Millionaires Shortcake which is very good indeed.
The best news so far today, and its only 11.30 is that I saw the kingfishers again, yes two this time diving out form the holly bush where I am almost certain they must have a nest. I took a photo and will publish it tomorrow its too good for a second one.
The photo is of the tree not the kingfishers, it might be worth trying to get a shot.
In other news I managed one mile and a short break and then another mile after which the kingfisher watching took place. I noticed that in the morning light they showed as an electric blue streak whereas later in the day it was more green.
