Number 36

Each run I've done this week has shadowed the walk I did with Dan the day before and thus, today, I ran up to Hutton Roof. I didn't take quite the same route up that we did, though; I went out via Hophouse Lane.

After a good run on a Sunday morning, my preference would have been to take Dan and Abi out for a nice Sunday lunch somewhere but that's not an option at the moment, so we just had some soup and bread, which was, actually, delicious. 

And in the afternoon I recorded the radio show. That felt nice and normal.
