Goldfinch

This morning I was pleased to see a pair of goldfinches gathering nesting materials in my garden.  They're such pretty birds!

Afterwards I went for my walk and took a photo of a chiffchaff (extra). It took a while to spot it - it's amazing how difficult they are to see even before the leaves come out.
