The Big Tree

It has been the kind of day which is a challenge to the "image -a-day " blipper in that nothing much was happening, the snow has gone, it rained and even Andy Murray didn't give us an excuse to picture a tennis ball or a golden postbox.
On my very wet walk I passed what is one of the biggest trees in the woods: I have every intention of blipping it when it is in full leaf but took the chance today to capture the base which looks like some kind of giant's foot.
