A long track ahead!

Week 5 day 1

A beautiful blue sky, but a bit nippy!!!

This was taken when out for a walk with B and Amber this afternoon. There are very few trains at present and I certainly didn’t expect one (as I stood on the track), but we were about 100 yards down the road and a long goods train came through heading towards Lincoln.

Overhead there was a single trail......a flight from Amsterdam to Atlanta flying at 35,000 ft.

At home I worked on yesterday’s quilt. Most of the quilting successful done, no slippage and looking good.
