O Thou that in the Heaven's dost dwell
The season of Burns Suppers lasts for a few weeks at this time of year. I went to my only one of the year today in the beautiful setting of House for an Art Lover in Bellahouston Park.
It was a very pleasant way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Very good food, excellent music on the bagpipes and clarsach (Celtic harp) and splendid Burns recitals.
This chap did two of the best Burns poems, Tam O'Shanter and, seen here, Holy Willie's Prayer.
If you're wondering about the title of the blip, it's the first line of the poem.
