THURSDAY WFH Day #19
I had the best night's sleep for ages (7 hours 18 mins)
7.5 km on the treadmill before breakfast.
A busy day working from home with lots of phone and Skype calls. It's now over five weeks since I was last in the office.
I worked for most of the day in the kitchen, but took the laptop outside and did an hour under the gazebo in the back garden early afternoon. These bluebells are growing at the top of the garden.
Chicken salad for lunch
I cooked cod loin on carrot, ginger and lemon puree with broccoli for dinner.
Only 12,400 steps today.
