The Promenade, Ogden Water

FRIDAY

I did a 7 km run over Norland Moor before breakfast.

After a long week working from home I called time at 3:30 pm and we headed out to Ogden Water for a late afternoon walk. It was surprisingly quiet (for a sunny school holiday week). A pleasant walk with lots of bird life and we also spotted a deer dashing through the woods.
