Action learning

1. The day starts in East Kilbride then later back to Glasgow. I cuddle in on the couch for an afternoon. It feels like luxury.

2. Then our first action learning set takes place. This is a photo of six people learning from each other, listening and helping each other. One down south, one in Missouri, two in Edinburgh and me.

3. Part of it is great, others not so, though probably down to me more than anything else.

4. Once again I gain more from listening. A valuable lesson.

5. A slightly different approach to leadership later with mr Brian Howard Clough and The Dammed United.
