Lovely walk by the Dighty Burn
A lovely sunny day
A very busy day writing and sending out my Daily Encouragement email and then dealing with responses, some of which reveal people’s deep needs.
After lunch, a conference call with a Listening Service Coordinator, covering some issues arising from a challenging phone appointment yesterday.
Later in the afternoon, we went for a 3.5 mile circular walk, a large part of which was along the Dighty Burn. The Burn, also known as Dighty Water or Dichty Water, is a burn or stream 12.5 miles in length that flows through the north and east of Dundee, and flows into the River Tay near Broughty Ferry. In olden days it was a very important waterway with mills along its banks.
