Dandelion field

I took this photo from the castle field on my walk this morning. The dandelions are looking so beautiful at the moment, like cheerful little suns.  The water at the backis the River Perry that flows through the village.  It's size makes itmore of a stream but it's officially a river.

The extra is of my first sighting of a Speckled Wood butterfly, also taken on the castle field.
