Let sleeping dogs
snooze....
Kassie knows things aren't right - not only am I at home all the time but she's not allowed to "talk" to people when we're out. I think she's missing the fuss.
Work was ok but it was interspersed with odd messages from June's ex-daughter in law. Dave is clearly not well despite being released from hospital because he is currently insisting that I (and no one else) need to visit to get a list of stuff to order so June can come home to him.
The major problem he can't grasp is that he has to get her care package back in place before he buys consumables...
and he also needs to understand that people no longer "visit" especially when they have caring responsibilities.
All I could do was pass on the relevant phone numbers - confidentiality means the only person social services might talk to is the son Peter.
My hairdresser (and friend of 50 years) as just posted on FB that her daughter's father has died this evening from COVID and he was a fit guy.
