Lambs (backlit for moodiness)

What's it been now? Five weeks? 

Through our daily walks and a need to entertain ourselves, Dan and I have taken a greater interest in the local flora and fauna than previously, not least the lambs, which have grown noticeably over the last month or so. 

They're a lot chunkier now and less... frolicsome. In fact, if their mothers weren't in the fields to belie the prospect, one might thing they were going to grow into something quite bold and athletic. 

The timing has been good, though; the fact that Dan and I are now both to all intents and purposes vegetarian means our consciences are clear regarding these little creatures.
