Starting a zig zag afghan...

I do hate the first row of crochet; especially when it’s a chain of 219. Bug the though of all these bright coloured stripes will make me soldier on.
Had a couple of window chats with friends this morning and my prescriptions were delivered. All this speaking. I may have to rest my voice tomorrow!
