A most enjoyable day, just somehow. There was sunshine to sit out in, and then a trip up to see the daughter. All is well there really, but it’s clearly been a bit relentless for the daughter and she’s a wee bitty all over the place - she is even worried that she’s being a bad mum to their cat. But we managed to sit awhile, while they took turns and we got a bit of quality chatting and bonding before we left, hopefully not over-staying. 
So a bit of TV here and there; Noughts + Crosses was an interesting idea and not badly done, but we decided to shortcut to the end of the series by reading a couple of spoilers. Done. Tiger King though - ha, that’s brilliant. Herzogian. And Normal People - what seriously excellent acting by young people, as old people would say. OK, as I would say.
