Lockdown Day 44
Work was better today, I called Bex first thing just to have a chat about yesterday's issue, and interestingly her view with regards to the said email was the same as mine and she told me not to worry about it.
I had a phone call from Ben, my shoulder surgeon. He's back from his 3 month army mission overseas and I have an appointment booked in to see him tomorrow. He said they aren't seeing patients at the hospital so suggested that he video calls me tomorrow instead so we can have a chat and he can see how my range of movement's doing. I asked him how everything was oversees and he they'd had to work through Covid 19 without any PPE at all! He said it was very strange having left the UK when everything was ok and returning in the midst of the pandemic.
Tonight the sky was looking promising for a good sunset, so I went out for a quick walk at Beacon Hill in Rottingdean, and I wasn't disappointed.
The news tonight is the Virgin Atlantic are going to axe 3,000 jobs and are likely to stop flying from Gatwick airport, British Airways are also talking about stopping their flights from Gatwick too!
