Cuckoo

This cuckoo has been partciularly vociferous over the last few days, on the telegraph pole behind the house and in the nearby fields.
Whilst it was sitting here, it got a hard timer from the local Meadow Pipit popualtion - not a surprise when many of them will spend the summer raising the cuckoo chicks.
