Phalaenopsis

A day of rounding up odd partly done jobs rather than having anything to aim for.  However it has been successful a number of things sorted.  A longish chat on whatsapp with the girls partly discussing the practicalities (or should that be impracticalities) of kids returning to school.  I was recently talking to a teacher who had been in school with five pupils (note the number) she said it was impossible to keep them a correct distance apart.

The blip is a Phalaenopsis orchid which is flowering well at the moment.  It was a very kind gift from the daughter of a friend.  Not only is it flowering well but since it arrived another flower spike has appeared and is doing well.
