A Juvenile

I am unsure about this bird....I am guessing a juvenile Spotted Towhee......but it doesn't have a red eye......and the last time I labeled something a very young spotted towhee, it turned out to be a Song Sparrow.......so the young spotted towhee low more brown.....but this might be older. Anyone know for sure?

Blustery day today....another lazy day.....see the gold finch I photographed yesterday evening in extra...sleepy little guy.
