Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

The Youngest Mini Princess told me a few weeks ago that she was getting messages on her laptop saying that the virus protection software had expired.

I looked at it today. Despite me having renewed the subscription, the software hadn’t updated so she had indeed been receiving these warning messages...

For 493 days!

She was quite indignant when I suggested that it might be more useful if she let me know slightly earlier next time!
