Yum

Half way through eating these enormous oysters, I decided to grab a pic. Home made shallot and red-wine vinegar sauce is my accompaniment de choix (my own home-made vinegar as well).  So delicious and, for anyone interested - cheap!  The local stall sells a dozen size 1 (the biggest) for €7.20.  He always puts in an extra free one to make 13. That puts them at 50p (roughly) per oyster. Now, where is that lobster that has my name on it..............
