Southern White Admiral on Oregano flowers

The oregano flowers are attracting more butterflies - this one is very pretty, both sides - the upper side is a shiny blue-black with white bands of spots. Apparently the caterpillar feeds on honeysuckle - which we have an abundance of in the garden - it's welcome to a share of it!
This morning I had a Skype video chat with 4 friends - which was good but this time, mysteriously, one person out of five remained invisible - not always the same person. We couldn't understand why.
I did a little bit of garden clearing - enough to repair the washing line at the bottom of the garden and hang out some washing without it getting tangled up in weeds. And elsewhere, I also discovered some  tiny broccoli and spinach plants which were clearly protected from the heatwave by the overhang of huge weeds and wild flowers, very much still alive. As long as I do careful clearing, they should survive. Also picked a few more strawberries.
I went for an afternoon walk with two friends and their dogs down by the sea, which was lovely, and then went back to the house of the one in the next village, for drinks outside on her veranda, which faces south west so we were facing the setting sun.
Very nice, almost like being back to normal! We made plans to go out for a meal next week when tavernas open.
