A slice of apple

We're having a quiet day on the patio. Potato salad, coleslaw and smoked salmon straight(via international mail) from The Burren Smokehouse in  Lisdoonvarna, on the road to Doolin/Fanore, County Clare. We placed an order and have enjoyed the Rhubarb and Ginger Jam that came in the package among other goodies already. Last may we visited teh smokehouse and had delicious salmon from there for dinner at our fabulous rented house in Doolin.
