Packing

Today was the final day of Hogwarts. Packing the trunk to "go home" (return the borrowed props) after what has been a really fabulous week for her, she's loved it. Today we had fresh pumpkin pasties for breakfast. We curled up watching the video readings from Wizarding World of two chapters. The first was read by Simon Callow, Bonnie Wright (ginny) and the luna lovegood actress. We enjoyed it together with a shared bottle of butterbeer and a bag of Bertie Botts jelly snakes.

In non-wizarding news, this morning Katie ran her first 10k. We did it to virtually run with my brother in his final hour of a 24 hour run, where he clocked up 109 miles raising money for CALM - a men's mental health charity. We were supposed to run in person with him but obviously lockdown got in the way. Still, it was nice to support him in some way. 

In other news, we had bonus theatre time today and enjoyed the Hairspray Live streaming. It was great!
