Merguez

Merguez sausages, and hummus with pita.

The merguez was bought (I do sometimes make my own, though as more of a meatball shape), as was the pita. The hummus is my own and has cumin, feta, urfa chili, and is topped with good olive oil (Maussane-des-Alpines) and sumac.
