Glorious day...

hot and sunny from first light, when I sat having coffee in the garden with the baby squirrel who was tearing around, leaping and spinning. Walked in the Pine Woods which were full of Crossbills , Wrens and Willow Warblers. Twenty Crossbills flew over agitated and I realised why when I saw the Buzzard (extra) sitting high up watching and waiting!!!
Watched White Faced Darters mating and laying.
