Pretty .....

..... tree.
This was given to me by "A" about 5 years ago ( I think he bought it and didn't think it would go in his garden , I didn't have much choice as he just put it in!) bless him . However it didn't have a name on and I can't find it in my garden encyclopedia , has anyone got an idea what it is called . It is a very pretty tree . This time of year the fluffy pink " feather" have tiny " eyes" that glow like a tiny Jewel when the sun shines on it .
So any suggestions appreciated.
It's been a beautiful day , I've done more work on the front garden then cut the grass. So quite a productive day .
