Father - Daughter Time

Early start, coffee with Clare before she left for a late shift.
Quick trip down town to the butchers, bakers and post office and then to the supermarket.
I also enjoyed my first non homemade coffee and a pastel del nata from our favourite coffee shop for breakfast sat in the morning sun.
Home, shopping away and then Sam and I set off for a walk around Swanpool Lake. More coffee at Swanpool beach and then the Coastal Footpath to Gyllyngvase Beach via Queen Mary’s Garden.
We stopped often at some of the many public benches chatting about anything and everything before finally heading into the far end of town.
Dinner was one of the many dishes that remind me of my childhood, fried spam and fried eggs with crusty bread and butter.
Oh the waistline!!
