Ferry Point at High tide
A miserable morning with rain and strong winds so we decided to put the Allotment visit on hold and go to get our weekly / 10 day shop instead.
First stop was the farm shop abit of a queue outside as only two allowed in the shop at a time. Mike got some more raspberries and strawberries and some veg.
Then off to Ferry Point as the sun made a surprise appearance.Went for a short walk. The tide was in and the clouds were dramatic and it was still blowy when you were nearer the Firth.
Lots of Elderflowers looking really good so must start to pick the ones by us and make some cordial.
Went to see David afterwards. Lovely to see him again. We stayed in the car and he came out for a distant chat.
On to Tesco’s and Mike went in and got the meals for the rest of the week.A few people wearing masks but the majority not . It’s not that busy in the shop and most people keep their distance apparently, I would not know probably not been in since February.
