Walk This Way

It looked as though the Ramblers have been reclaiming a footpath behind the 3rd tee since we played last Thursday: a gap had been cleared through the hedge and a stile repaired, opening up this view for the first time.

I'd started the round well and just managed to birdie the 2nd hole, possibly for the first time ever. Needless to say, I couldn't maintain that early promise but we enjoyed a very sociable round.

This afternoon we collected Sophie from school as she's having a sleepover and she's kept us entertained for the rest of the day.
