You've Been Framed!

The sea looked very inviting, but I was not to get a swim until 10 o'clock this evening.

It was very beautiful and refreshing. I have put up a blind up in PP on the top landing and struggling away with drill and driver in the setting sun was hot work.

Duke is staying over and I have returned to the coolness of my flat. 

Tomorrow I go to the traumatologist about my hips.
