Sleeping 1994

A day away seems to have given us some more  get up and go today . We tackled the boxes from the Harling family home and sorted through the important documents  such as birth , marriage, death certificates for the last two generations , plus odd assortments of photos and cards that my mother-in -law had treasured . It’s all emotive stuff and it was made nicer by being able to post pictures on the family WhatsApp and have interactions with the widely dispersed family members .

We also managed to plant out the six tomato plants that I have raised from seed and then abandoned plus I set up a little teabag garden. Teabags are supposed to provide ideal conditions for seed germination, so we shall see what happens .

I am really behind with comments but  will endeavour to catch up , after a walk though as Bramble is insistent that she requires more than a day pottery got  in the garden.

The photo of the sleeping baby , is one we found amongst the papers we were sorting .
Our 3 children were poor sleepers as are our two grandchildren. This is a photo of our youngest son , Nathanael who clearly did nap sometimes . We think it looks very like his neice Florence , we thought we would
Show it to the junior parents.
