Cooking up Courgette

Further allotment bounty. Courgette this time, sliced, fried (with flour and egg), layered with tomato sauce, mozzarella and parmesan.

Made two. One will be a contribution to dinner at mum and dad's tomorrow, other to save for husband to enjoy. He's away on Skye with pals, cycling this weekend.
