Hairy
Bees to the rescue again - but at least this evening I went to the thistle patch instead of the thyme garden.
I was really struggling to get a focus on this one's eye. It is so hairy that there was barely any dark centre to use as a focus point.
There's a good chance that there will be more bee blips until the season ends. Not only are they a handy subject at the end of the day, they also fascinate me and challenge me to improve on my macro photography - moving targets are definitely a challenge.
