Picnic at Fedaland

A beautiful sunny day, and warm.  It has been a tad breezy, but that's fine.

I've been working from home this morning, with the afternoon off.  Headed north with family this afternoon, for a walk.  On our way back, we popped to have a cuppa with aunt Joan (Tait) in her garden.  More walkies with Sammy, and now feet up.  Sad news when I returned home.  A good friend unexpectedly passed away this morning.  Rest in peace, Burnzie.

A brilliant hike over the hills, and great family time, especially with the bairns.  As we reached the old abandoned fishing station, we had a rest, a picnic, and the bairns had great fun playing about the old buildings and beach.  We have planned for another family walk soon.  L-R - Me, Jeanette (Ruth's mam), Lena, Michaela, Alex, Ruth, Isaiah, mam Pat and bro Jonny.  Taken at Fedaland (Fethaland), North Roe.
