Eagle Heights

After, shall we say, not the best night’s sleep of our lives (but not the worst too), we had a lovely morning at Eagle Heights.

The husky dogs took a noisy roll call at various intervals through the night. L ended up in with us as expected.

There were just the seven of us who stayed in the Domes at a private talk about some of the animals before we left.

We grabbed a sandwich at the Riverside Tearoom in Eynsford before heading home for a lazy afternoon.

When we got home we found that our two happy chrysalides had hatched and the gorgeous painted lady butterflies had emerged. Exciting!
