Wishful thinking..

Paid off!   I kept wishing and asking for some butterflies to show up on the buddliea and this morning when I looked out, there she was.   Just goes to show that patience and wishing get results!   

My #2 son who lives in Columbia has been housebound with his job since March with only limited times away from home (and the wife!)   He called his dad and said he wanted to go to the hunt camp and do some fishing in the pond.   So they went yesterday afternoon and spent the night, fishing late yesterday and early this morning, catching more than enough fish for us to fry up for lunch today.  Some are in the freezer for another meal.     He fried them for us here at the house and we talked while he was doing this.   He told me just getting away from his "normal"  really helped him mentally.   He enjoyed the quiet and the time spent with his dad just doing nothing but fishing.  

He bragged that he caught more fish than his Dad. He has always been the better fishing person in the family and it has been a long time since he went fishing.    They are talking about going again when the weather cools off some...and when the fish they left in the pond have time to grow bigger!
