Had a good walk....

but later in the afternoon just had a wee leg stretcher behind the house and was delighted to come across this Golden Ringed Dragonfly on the Selfheal  in the meadow, quite unexpected. 
Had come to see the wonderful flora that is there at the moment, so that is in the extra, Eyebright, Clover, Field Gentian, Buttercup, Harebell, nothing rare or unusual but so beautiful and fragrant.
