Eight grains

Wahay! My eight grain flour arrived! They are only selling in multiples of five x 1.5kg, rather than individually, so I've got plenty to play with. Otherwise, my first day back after two weeks leave was as expected - hectic and it included a fair amount of scrabbling to catch up with stuff that has happened/changed while I was off.
