Early sunshine

If there is any sun these July days it tends to be gone by mid morning. Today was no exception! Taking no chances I was on the beach before breakfast to enjoy the light and the long distance views. The wind was whipping the sand into a blasted low level frenzy.

After morning work calls we took to the beach again at low tide in even stronger wind and more cloud. A large pack of dog walkers’ unruly canine charges forced us to head back sooner than we had intended.
