Mmmmm

Chloe woke up this morning before bens alarm went off but she came for a snuggle in bed whilst we waited for Thomas to get up. We had the new dishwasher delivered today and the timeslot was 7-11, meaning we were all up, dressed and eating breakfast downstairs for 7am. Typically the dishwasher was delivered at 11.05!!!
The weather forecast said it was going to rain all day, but it was dry this morning so we made the most of it and went to play out. Chloe likes smelling the lavender flowers. Today she tried to lick them too, strange child!!
This afternoon me and Thomas played some monopoly whilst Chloe was asleep - I won for a change!
This evening we had a takeaway and some drinks with mum and dad once Thomas and Chloe were in bed. It's the first time we've had chance to catch up properly since March and it was so nice!
And although we shouldn't have done given the new rules, we figure that mum and dad (and Bens mum and dad) are our childcare, so we are not going to stop seeing them again.
