If social isolation...

is needed, this must be one of the quieter and more unpopular lochs in Scotland. It was a lovely morning, sunny and warm and I walked three hours along the river and neither saw nor heard anyone.
There were plenty of Speckled Wood, Tortoiseshell and Scotch Argus butterflies and this one Common Blue on the Thistle in the extra.
The Ling  put a beautiful purple cast on everything and Meadowsweet perfumed the area.
This was my first visit here and will not be my last.
